With over 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Talal Al-Hattab has successfully established his family's professional legacy, leading Al Hattab Law Firm to become one of the foremost law firms in Jordan. He has served as a member of several prominent union committees, including the Bar Association's Disciplinary and Fees Assessment Committees, and is currently a member of the Second Appeals Panel for the assessment of attorney's fees. Mr. Talal’s legal expertise spans multiple areas of law, with a distinguished focus on arbitration and mediation. He has acted as an arbitrator and mediator in numerous local and international disputes, particularly in matters related to intellectual property, foreign investments, and international trade. He has argued in front of various local and international courts, including the International Court of Justice. Notably, Mr. Talal played a prominent role in Gulf War reparations claims, particularly concerning the Palestinian and Jordanian files. He also has a deep specialization in criminal cases related to corruption. Mr. Talal has worked in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and foreign investments, and has been appointed as liquidator and legal agent for several companies that were subject to compulsory liquidation. He has also acted as a legal advisor to several local and international companies. In addition, he was elected president of the Jabal Al-Qalaa Tourism Association, where he made valuable contributions toward achieving the community-focused goals.

Mr. Al-Qudsi specializes in financial claims, compensation cases, and banking disputes related to securities. Throughout his distinguished career, he has managed to build and develop strong and diverse professional relationships across various Arab countries, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom. Mr. Abdul-Muniem brings extensive expertise in multiple legal fields, having served as an agent and legal advisor to numerous local and Arab institutions and companies specializing in banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and contracting. His areas of expertise include debt collection for both local and international banks, as well as matters related to commercial contracts, particularly those concerning land, sea, and air transportation. Additionally, Mr. Abdul-Muniem is highly skilled in handling disputes related to commercial agencies and intellectual property. Beyond his legal practice, he has been actively involved in various professional activities. Notably, he chaired the Appeals Committee of the Jordan Judo Federation and served as a legal advisor to several sports, social, and charitable organizations.

With a particular interest in financial law, he offers strategic advice to both local and international investors on the legal aspects and best practices in this field.

Al-Harith Al Hattab

Al-Harith is a trainee lawyer who studied law at the University of Jordan where he began his legal career. He volunteered with several university legal teams, gaining extensive legal and administrative. Through his involvement in student legal work, he developed skills in the strategic analysis of legal issues, systematic planning for their resolution, and ongoing follow-up. He also gained significant experience in preparing legal reports and conducting legislative studies. During his training, Al-Harith demonstrated his excellence by providing a wide range of integrated legal services, including offering comprehensive legal consultations, drafting contracts, and excelling in the preparation of regulations and pleadings. Al-Harith is proficient in various legal fields, including corporate law, associations and organizations, labor and real estate disputes, intellectual property issues, as well as financial claims of all kinds. In addition to his work at the firm, Al-Harith volunteers in the Freedoms Committee of the Bar Association and a number of human rights associations, forming a wide experience in the field of cybercrime, publications, public meetings, and dealing with some of the cases that the State Security Court.
